Summer comes all too early here in Arizona. It’s gotten well into the 100’s and I know this is just the beginning…soon we’ll be spending most of the day in-doors and I won’t want to fire up the oven at all! I don't know about you, but we have leftover Easter ham coming out our ears! Today I had an egg, cheese, and ham omelet for breakfast, a salad with ham for lunch, and leftover ham and veggies for dinner...needless to say, I'm so over ham! This week's What I Wish I was Making Wednesday is inspired by all the dished I was I was having for dinner instead of left over ham!
